Norwegian-farmed salmon — hand-prepared at Diplomats' artisan Latvian cannery — meets a light, perfectly balanced teriyaki sauce. The result is a protein-packed, flavour-forward tin that's as good with crisps as it is with rice. (Yes, really.)

About Diplomats: A Latvian institution since 1907, Diplomats produces some of the finest artisan tinned fish in Northern Europe. Their seaside cannery in Engure, on the Gulf of Riga, uses 100% hand-crafted methods for every tin.
