Our Fresh Fish Pie Mix is a selection of fresh fish cut into bite-size chunks, perfect for classic fish pie — but it’s just as good in quick midweek meals like curries, stews, tacos and pasta. Because it’s already cut, you can go straight from fridge to pan with minimal fuss.

What’s in the mix?
It’s a mixed selection of fresh fish and species vary depending on the day’s catch — that’s how we keep it top quality. Expect a lovely balance of mild, flaky white fish, with the occasional extra treat depending on what’s best on the day.Due to market fluctuations and weather conditions, we may occasionally need to send frozen fish mix it  will arrive partially defrosted .

Best ways to use it
Fish pie: creamy sauce, mash on top, bake until golden
Chowder / fish soup: add near the end so it stays chunky
Fish curry: coconut milk + curry spices + a squeeze of lime
Seafood pasta: garlic, white wine, a little cream, parsley
Fish tacos: quick spice rub, pan-fry, load up with slaw + salsa

Cooking tip (so it stays juicy)
Fish chunks cook quickly — add them towards the end and simmer gently for 3–6 minutes (depending on chunk size) until just cooked through.
