The harvest is then cooked, peeled and individually frozen within hours. This ensures you only enjoy the freshest and finest prawns guaranteed.

For a delicious and posh prawn and avocado cocktail recipe for 4 people, you'll need the following ingredients:

- 300g of cooked and peeled prawns
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 small bunch of fresh chives, finely chopped

For the homemade cocktail sauce:
- 6 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp of ketchup
- 1 tbsp of brandy
- 2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
- A dash of hot sauce (optional)

To prepare the cocktail sauce, simply mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Adjust the seasoning to taste and set aside in the fridge.

In a large bowl, mix the prawns, diced avocados, lemon juice, and chopped chives. Gently toss everything together until the ingredients are well combined.
