Preparation

Our Sea Bass fillet is a lovely, lean white fish with a mild flavour and tender flakes — ideal if you want something light but still seriously satisfying. This is a *farmed* Sea Bass option, carefully selected for quality and consistency.  

How to cook  
Pan-fry: Skin-side down first until crisp, then finish gently (don’t overcook — Sea Bass likes it easy).  
Oven-bake: A drizzle of olive oil, lemon, and herbs works a treat.  
Grill/BBQ: Great with a quick marinade and a hot grill for a smoky edge.

Serving ideas  
With crushed new potatoes, samphire, and lemon butter  
In a light coconut curry  
With roasted Mediterranean veg and a herby dressing

Storage  
Keep chilled and enjoy as fresh as possible. If you need to freeze, do so on the day of delivery.We will pack it for you so it’s ready to just pop in and stock up on this fabulous fish .
